Pricing for inline CHATs is determined by your needs. For example an auto dealership with 1 host, 2 moderators (sales and service) and 100+ guests will need different set of features and server tools from a radio station with 1 host, 20 moderators (talk shows) and 1000+ guests. While the former can be hosted in a shared environment to connect with car buyers, the latter will probably need a dedicated server to guarantee smoother all-day sessions with radio listeners.
